Changes:
While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any bookings, please ask us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds:
Refunds until 1 April. Cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from refund. After April 1 no refunds are available but see insurance below.

Our responsibility:
The Festival does not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability of acts, omissions or default from airlines, coach operators, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your trip.

Workshops & other Festival events:
No animals allowed (other than guide dogs). No mobile phones. Punctuality is appreciated and teachers reserve the right to refuse admittance to latecomers as it disturbs the workshop.

Change in program:
While every attempt is made to present the program as advertised, the Festival reserves the right to adjust the program if necessary.
If any of the mainstream teachers become unavailable, all participants will be informed and given a choice to continue with a new teacher or have a full refund. Where tickets have been purchased for various events, a full refund will be available if the event is cancelled.

There will be no refund involved if any free events have to be changed or cancelled.
